From the Teign House Inn (on the B3193): 

• Turn off towards Doddiscombsleigh 
• Cross the bridges over the river Teign and over the old railway line
• Take the first left turn signed "Sheldon" (broken down lorry in field is also a landmark!)
• Continue to the end of the single track road
